Speaks in very proper almost anarchic Japanese with a clipped British accent
Dreamer Appearance: Similar to his post Timeskip uniform and Hopes uniform! A mix of military general and Evil Wizard, Hubert is dressed in mostly black and gray with a fitting uniform jacket, slacks and very nice boots. He also comes with a very fancy cape. The lack of color is broken up by the inner lining of his cape, his cuffs and other decorative bits of the outfit being lovely shades of purples and reds. Think those street art galaxy designs. The buttons and tassels as well are shiny silvers and dream glass. Sparkly! In this form he no longer needs his glasses and just in general looks very well kept. His eyes also take on a more sinister yellow tint. Reference

ABILITIES
Lucid Step (D): A passive ability. When traveling in the Dream Sphere Hubert is partially undetectable by Torments that are weaker than him. He is not invisible by any means- more the Torments do not see him as a target and will largely ignore him or even act ‘positively’ towards him (as much as a being of negative emotions can be ‘positive’ about anything). Stronger Torments or those in massive hordes have a higher chance of spotting him, and this ability is completely useless against Nightmares. If he attacks or makes any aggressive moves the effect instantly ends and can not be restored on that Torment.
Dark Spikes: Tau (D): Hubert summons a swarm of purple spikes that slam down into his targets in an area of effect. They remain on the field unless Hubert purposely despawns them and causes uneven terrain for the targets, lowering Movement.
